CONSENT TO THE USE OF DATA
By registering for our events, you agree to the collection, storage and use of the above personal data as well as the special data (§3 para. 9 BDSG). By registering, you expressly consent to EPIS ThinkTank e.V. may pass on your personal data to third parties commissioned to organize the event. EPIS ThinkTank e.V. will ensure that the rights of the participant are safeguarded. By registering for our events, you consent to your surname, first name and telephone number being recorded and listed in the list of participants. This consent can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The revocation must be sent to kontakt@epis-thinktank.de up to 3 days before the event.
INFORMATION ON PHOTOGRAPHS AND THEIR USE
Photos and live streams are regularly taken at our events, some of which are published on our homepage, in our social media channels and, if applicable, e.g. in the event program or the press. If you do not wish this to happen, please inform the photographer on site.
