Patrick Maxwell is pursuing a B.A. in History at New College, University of Oxford (UK). His research focuses on long-term geopolitical trends in British foreign policy, as well as that of northeast Africa and southern Asia. Currently, he writes for The Big Issue and the online magazine TheArticle.com, covering foreign and domestic policy, as well as literature.
