Lucas is a History and Philosophy undergraduate at the University of Reading, specialising in East Asia, as demonstrated by his study abroad experiences in South Korea and Japan. His research focuses on humanitarian interventionism and international criminal law. Lucas is currently interning with Genocide Watch.
