The EPIS ThinkTank brings students together with experts. The Advisory Board comprises experts from various fields of foreign and security policy. The members of the Advisory Board advise the EPIS ThinkTank and support our students in their research. Through their experience and contacts, we benefit from the added value of practical experience.
The Chairman leads EPIS Thinktank by setting strategic goals, overseeing organisational growth, and ensuring smooth internal coordination. He represents EPIS Thinktank in external engagements, builds partnerships, and ensures all departments align with EPIS’s goals by providint guidance to EPIS Fellows to maintain high-quality output and engagement.
The EPIS Administration Manager handles the core operational tasks that keep EPIS Thinktank running efficiently. He manages schedules, internal documentation, correspondence, and logistical support. Additionally the EPIS Administration Manager takes care of financial aspects and EPIS Fellowship management by playing a key role in supporting EPIS Internal and External affairs through structured organisational processes.
The EPIS Social Media Manager sustains EPIS Thinktank’s presence on social media platform Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Spotify and Soundcloud, ensuring active engagement with the Community. He creates and curates content, announcements, and event promotions. Additionally he works on branding, visual identity, and outreach strategies to attract a wider audience and potential EPIS Fellows.
The EPIS External Affairs Manager focuses on expanding EPIS Thinktank’s visibility and reach by managing relationships with external partners, institutions, and experts. He organises events, guest contributions, and informal talks to establish new collaborations. Responsible for maintaining public relations and ensuring EPIS is represented at key discussions, conferences, and networking opportunities.#
The EPIS Media Designer is responsible for the design and formatting of EPIS Thinktank's publications, including the EPIS Magazine and EPIS Reports. She ensures visual consistency and readability across all content. Moreover, she works closely with the authors to create professional layouts that enhance the impact of EPIS Thinktank’s written work.

The EPIS Technical Affairs Manager maintains and updates EPIS ThinkTank’s digital presence. Ensures the website remains a central hub for publications, networking opportunities, and event announcements. Works on optimizing content accessibility and presentation, keeping EPIS’s online platforms up to date with relevant information, research outputs, and community engagement features.
The EPIS Data & Audit Manager ensures EPIS Thinktank complies with data protection regulations and maintains transparency in its operations. He monitors internal processes, audits data security, and advises on ethical considerations regarding data handling and member privacy. In addition, he plays a critical role in safeguarding organisational integrity.
